描述： 卵斑塊三角折角蛾 (Deltoplastis ovatella)是折角蛾科 (Lecithoceridae) 瘤折角蛾亞科 (Torodorinae)的成員。本種的前翅主要為黃褐色，尖端凸出，外緣與亞外緣各有一條黑色帶，翅中央近亞外緣黑帶處有兩個黑點，翅近基部處有兩塊黑斑，其中一塊黑斑為卵狀，為學名與中文名的由來；後翅為灰黑色，無其他翅紋。卵斑塊三角折角蛾是直到2001年才被正式發表的新種。 A Brief Introduction: The genus Deltoplastis is represented by 3 species in Taiwan. Among the three species, D. ovatella was just recently described and looks very similar with D. lobigera.
