描述： 環紋碩斑蛾 / 黃腹透窗斑蛾(Hysteroscene extravagans)是斑蛾科(Zygaenidae)小斑蛾亞科(Procridinae)的成員。本種的前翅為黑色底，中室前端外側有六塊長條透明斑，靠基部還有另外四塊長條透明斑；後翅亦為黑色底，有八塊長條透明斑；頭部後方有一圈黃色斑；腹部各節皆有黃色斑；觸角近前端處有白點。碩斑蛾屬目前共記錄三種，其中有兩種產於台灣：環紋碩斑蛾與透翅碩斑蛾(H. hyalina)。 A Brief Introduction: Hysteroscene extravagans, the type species of Hysteroscene, is an endemic species in Taiwan and very close to H. hyalina.
