描述： 蓬萊藍紋斑蛾/藍紋小斑蛾/小藍斑蛾(Clelea formosana)是斑蛾科(Zygaenidae)小斑蛾亞科(Procridinae)的成員。本種的頭、胸與腹背方為藍色帶有金屬光澤，觸角亦為藍色帶有金屬光澤，雄蟲櫛齒較雌蟲發達，前翅為黑色底，基線、亞基線、內線、外線、亞外緣線、外緣線為藍色帶有金屬光澤的線條，基線、亞基線、內線、外線與亞外緣線彼此互相連接，形成網狀，後翅背面為黑色底，無其他翅紋，後翅腹面沿各脈帶有藍色金屬光澤。藍紋斑蛾屬在全世界已記錄12種以上，在臺灣則記錄兩種，除了本種外，另一種為Clelea fusca。 A Brief Introduction: Clelea formosana represents one of the Celea species and shares no similar wing pattern with the other species.It is a day-flying moth with bright blue markings on the forewing and could be observed near the flowers in day-time.
